Nice room

The location was good only a short walk to the BTS

The lifts where super annoying as you had to put your key card in to get the lift to work and would just not accept the card straight away sometimes 10 times to get it to work

That was such a great time to stay in this hotel and the team is really professionnal and nice.

The people there are really professionnal, very welcoming and nice. I do recommend them.

We had a room that was not really clean (too humid). We told them and they gave us another room in the hour. The team there is really great and they are caring about the customers, which is really nice.

Great value and location will be back again.

Great room on the top floor. Huge and spacious and well set out. Lovely bathroom too and huge fridge.

My room was not ready at 2.00pm for check-in exactly the time I pre-booked.

Good value for money

The pool was nice and on the same floor. It was great to have a gym. The location is nice. The room was clean and the size pretty good.

The breakfast was initially included when I booked. However, the staff asked us to pay when we went to the breakfast room. The room was sold as a pool view but was a city view.

The place was amazing. We were so lucky to get a room at the top floor,near to the pool. The room was clean, yes you can see that the room hasn't been refurbished for a while,still for the money they offer, really good deal. The bed was super comfortable. And yes, the balcony is without any furniture. No desks, no tables . The pool was also great and the view as well. The location was good,they offer hotel "tuk -tuk" to the closest stations. The hotel is close to restorants, bars The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We loved it.

Everything was good. It could be a room for improvement for balcony furniture, but we did not use the balcony,so it did not bother us.

Revisiting Bangkok twice in a year.

We like the room it was spacious and complete with kitchen amenities that we needed for our stay. We also loved the pillows it so soft and fluffy. The view from the rooftop pool was nice. The staff was good and helpful too. We like the privacy and comfort of this 4 star serviced apartment. We like it that the cleaning ladies come every morning to maintain the cleanliness of the room.

The bathtub it was very high and uncomfortable for my wife to take a bath everytime. A little bit slippery and you need to be extra careful because one wrong step you might fall. There's some odd smell in the bathroom coming from the sewerage. So, we put airfreshner to it. The room in general was a little bit old. It needs some refurbishing as well as the bathroom. It was old style. Another thing, It's far from the main road. But the good news was, they have free shuttle to bring you to to Asok BTS or Sukhumvit MRT stations. Just ask the reception for it, they are very kind. Overall, we had a nice stay in this apartment. It was comfortable and good.

Room WIFI Pool (I was alone all the time and a stanning view), open until 10pm, wonderful. top and very cheap massage nearby (directly besides Banana massage)

Nice Pool, nice breakfast / Room smells of moild and mildew (damp)

Nice Location, good breakfast, nice pool.

The room smelled of damp and mildew. When you take a shower all the water runs all over the bathroom floor making it totally wet. This is probably the cause for the smell of damp and mildew in the whole apartment. This is dangerous as there are signs of black mould in the bathroom. Furthermore the A/C coolers are on the balcony which means that as my room was a middle room I had A/C compressors from the right and left apartment all blowing away on my balcony, therefore making it hard to sleep with the noise.

Wow factor

Great looking hotel on super location. Only the rooftop pool view is worth the money. Rooms are clean and breakfast was great. Only 5 min walk to Soi Cowboy if you Like to party, and 10 min to Terminal 21 if you Like to Shop. Deff Will reccomend to my friends who Will travel to Bangkok.

We requested early check in due to our flight arriving very...

We requested early check in due to our flight arriving very early in the morning and our room was ready when we arrived at around 9am. Decent location nearby to Sukhumvit MRT. Clean room and nice facilities. Lots of really friendly staff always smiling especially room attendants and restaurant staff. Shuttle service available to MRT also which was handy with big cases.

Breakfast choices for me could have been better but the food was nice overall. We had one slight hiccup with the receptionist, we asked about breakfast coupons without realising we'd already been given them (it was our fault we didn't check properly) but receptionist became quite defensive, we weren't accusing just saying we didn't see them or don't remember being told about them. After we rechecked in the room, we found them and we held our hands up and went to apologise but felt the receptionist was quite frosty with us after this so slightly soured things a little.

Great value hotel.

Great value hotel. Staff were exceptional. Upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom suite. The suite was huge. Very comfortable and clean. Good location in Sukhumvit, close to public transport and Terminal 21 Shopping. Rooftop pool was fantastic. We were able to store our luggage and use the pool and shower prior to travelling to the airport.

We had a big room for 3 pax.

We had a big room for 3 pax. Room amenties are complete. Location is good. Near restaurants and massage spa and walking distance to Terminal 21 Mall. With a tuktuk shuttle too. All staff are accommodating and smiling faces Buffet breakfast have many choices and starts at 6:30 AM which is good for morning people. It's worth our money.

I think they need to consider room service of snacks/ meals especially if guests are elders and tired of going out to take their meal.

Good for location to Terminal 21 and rail.

Breakfast was good and room of good size with large balcony. Location was good depending on where you needed to go. Terminal 21 (huge shopping centre) and rail very close by, with hotel offering free tuk tuk to Rail/Terminal 21. Heaps of small restaurants and take-aways. The pool on the roof was fairly small and not enough room for seating for the amount of guests utilising the area.
